On this journey, you will report to "Manager, Sales".

Job Description
  • Conduct external face-to-face meetings with vendors, including furnishing the onboarding training manual tailored-fit for a specific partner, support in vendor issues, and being in contact with them.
  • Responsible for onboarding various shops/restaurants at different locations of the city.
  • Work closely and proactively with the Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Content Teams to ensure all tasks and requirements are both accurate and conducted in a timely manner.
  • Research accounts, identify stakeholders/decision-makers, and generate interest about foodpanda.
  • Oversee vendors that are newly onboarded to the platform and drive operational excellence within the platform on metrics including commercial performance, internal tools, systems, and any other special projects.
  • Support the development of vendors after acquisition and maximize their potential, including onboarding and incubation processes for the Shops.
  • Manage and resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with different teams (inter and intra-department) to ensure a smooth vendor journey and high-quality vendor experience within the platform.
  • Visit shops daily to ensure proper onboarding of targeted shops.
  • Bring remaining strategic brands onto the foodpanda portal, ensuring no category is missed from available shops in the assigned region.
  • Maintain logs and update records of inventory on Salesforce.
  • Provide all relevant training and support during the initial onboarding month.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in field sales or key account management.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter approach, integrity, and demonstrated leadership and self-development capabilities.
  • Understanding of all sales functional areas, including Channel & Category Sales.
  • Experience in managing a field sales team.
