Our company recently launched a product named Crunchy Delight (Desert Palm). We are looking to hire an Area Sales Manager with the following qualities:

  1. Use personal contacts to create new distributors. Priority will be given to candidates who have existing distributor contacts and can sell on a cash basis.
  2. Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned areas.
  3. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  4. Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
  5. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  6. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve market presence.
  7. Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  8. Build a sales-centric culture among team members.
  9. Maintain contacts with financial center personnel, professionals, and personal contacts to build referrals.
  10. Provide timely feedback to sales personnel regarding their performance.
  11. Conduct business plan review meetings with the sales team.
  12. Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
  13. Implement a rewarding mechanism to appreciate the contributions of sales employees.
  14. Develop performance improvement plans for the sales team to meet targets.
