Job Brief:

The Quality Assurance coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all facility-related data and reporting across multiple project sites. This role will act as the central point of contact for operations, maintenance, and facility-related concerns while ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and compliance tracking. The primary focus will be on analyzing and maintaining records to support operational efficiency and decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a centralized database for maintenance, operations, and facility-related activities.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data related to facility operations, maintenance activities, and resource utilization.
  • Maintain inventory records for facility equipment, materials, and essential supplies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of stock levels and coordinate with the relevant teams to address shortages.
  • Develop structured reports to provide insights into facility performance and operational trends.
  • Conduct periodic site visits for facility audits, ensuring compliance with operational and maintenance standards.
  • Monitor and document adherence to safety regulations and building codes across project sites.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and building inspections.
  • Report any critical issues that require management attention and track corrective actions.
  • Generate periodic reports on facility status, operational efficiency, and maintenance activities.
  • Act as the liaison between site teams and the head office for facility-related concerns.
  • Report any compliance issues and coordinate necessary corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate preferably in Business Administration
  • Must have Good / Advance Excel Skills
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
