We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Assistant HR with an IT background to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will not only assist with core HR tasks but also handle additional responsibilities across departments when required. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to grow in a multifaceted HR and tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
- Maintain HR records and documentation digitally using internal platforms.
- Monitor and assist with attendance, leave management, and shift planning.
- Contribute to HR and company-wide process improvements using technical tools or automation where possible.
- Participate in cross-functional tasks as assigned, including basic data analysis, reporting, or internal systems support.
- Help plan and coordinate training sessions, team-building activities, and internal events.
- Handle employee queries and assist in drafting professional HR communications.
- Work on documentation, compliance, and reporting tasks in coordination with the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, coordination, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using digital tools, HR platforms (e.g., GoHire, RotaCloud) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt to new tools, tasks, and cross-departmental needs.
- Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities beyond core HR tasks when needed.
