Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales opportunities in industrial sectors by offering lubrication solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct site visits, equipment inspections, and technical evaluations to understand customer requirements, especially related to rotating equipment and maintenance operations.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on machinery and operational conditions.
- Build strong relationships with plant engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement departments.
- Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
- Deliver presentations, product demos, and training sessions to industrial clients.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and quotations.
- Ensure proper follow-up and post-sale technical support to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, preferably from UET (University of Engineering and Technology).
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales, maintenance, or technical service roles, with hands-on exposure to rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.).
- Solid understanding of equipment lubrication, condition monitoring, and maintenance practices.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites and industrial facilities as required.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and technical reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and technically sound.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in lubricants, industrial oils, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) product sales is a strong plus.
- Certification or training in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, or lubrication best practices is an advantage.
