We're looking for hungry, aggressive telesales professionals who want to make serious money. If you're lazy, don't apply. If you want to grind, earn big commissions, and prove yourself, this is the role for you.

You'll be calling UK business owners and generating leads for our commercial finance brokerage.

This is a lead generation role only—you're not closing deals, just identifying and qualifying interested business owners. The role also involves writing follow-up emails and managing leads within our CRM system.

If you have a strong sales track record, a neutral or British accent, and can engage business decision-makers over the phone, we want you on our team.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Making outbound calls to UK business owners (NO closing, just lead generation)
  • Identifying and qualifying business owners interested in our UK funding solutions
  • Speaking professionally and confidently over the phone to decision-makers
  • Writing follow-up emails and maintaining communication with leads
  • Using the CRM system to update and track leads
  • Hitting weekly and monthly lead targets
  • Collaborating with the UK-based finance team
What We Need from You:
  • 2+ years of telesales experience (preferably in UK campaigns)
  • Fluent in English with a clear, professional accent
  • Money-driven mindset – you want to earn BIG
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong writing skills (for emails and follow-ups)
  • Experience using CRM software to manage leads
  • Confidence, hunger, and a results-driven mentality
  • Ability to work from our Lahore office (DHA Phase 5, full-time)
