Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience, particularly in branding and visual identity. This is a full-time, onsite role in Lahore, with immediate joining required. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, adaptable, and experienced in both traditional design tools and modern AI-powered image generation platforms.

You will create impactful visual assets across digital and print platforms, ensure alignment with brand guidelines, and collaborate with our marketing and content teams to develop cohesive, high-quality campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce branding and visual identity materials (logos, brand guidelines, marketing collateral) for various clients.
• Create engaging graphics for digital channels (social media, websites, email) and print media (brochures, banners, presentations).
• Utilize AI tools for image generation (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, or similar) to create concept visuals, mockups, or campaign assets when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand goals and translate them into compelling visual communication.
• Maintain consistency in visual language across projects while tailoring designs to each client's unique identity.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality, on-brand design work.
• Stay updated with design trends, AI design capabilities, and creative tools to keep pushing visual innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or marketing-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity, typography, and layout expertise across digital and print.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and other essential design tools.
• Experience with or strong interest in AI-based image generation tools such as MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, or Adobe Firefly.
• Creative problem-solver with sharp visual instincts and an eye for detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
• Must be based in Lahore and available to work onsite; immediate availability is preferred.
• Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is a plus, not a requirement.
