Telemarketing - Call Center Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Call Center Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals for our US-based clientele. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and we are looking for someone who thrives on challenges and exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Effectively present product/service features and benefits
  3. Close deals and exceed sales targets
  4. Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  6. Document all calls and interactions accurately

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills with a clear American accent
  2. Proven sales experience with a track record of success
  3. Strong understanding of customer service principles
  4. Experience working in a call center environment a plus
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  8. Availability to work night shift (US time)

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rs40,000.00 per month
