Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent – Call Center (UK Campaign)

Shifts: Evening & Night Shifts | 6 Days a Week

Type: On-Site | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Our client services team operates with precision, empathy, and professionalism—earning trust and driving real business growth.

We are now expanding our Outbound Sales team to reach more takeaway owners and introduce them to the game-changing value our service delivers. If you're persuasive, energetic, and goal-driven—this is your opportunity.

Role Overview:

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential takeaway owners, explaining Call Café's service offerings, and converting leads into loyal clients. This is a performance-based role with high commission potential for motivated individuals who can close deals and build strong client relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Initiate 80+ strategic calls daily to takeaway owners and managers
  • Master our pitch to book qualified demos for our order-taking solutions
  • Build a robust pipeline through persistent follow-ups

The gift of gab (English fluency required)

Experience in Outbound Sales

Experience in UK Market (Experience in Restaurant field is preferred)

Basic tech savviness (CRM experience a plus)

Resilience to handle rejection and bounce back stronger

Availability for evening/night shifts (perfect for part-timers)
