JOB DESCRIPTION:

**Job Title:** Market Research Analyst
**Location:** Remote
**Job Type:** Contract | Project-Based Compensation

**About the Role:**
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our remote team as Research Analysts. You will help identify and engage professionals for client projects. This role suits proactive and detail-oriented candidates interested in gaining experience in research and communication.

**Compensation:**

* Monthly compensation based on work hours and performance.
* Additional incentives awarded per successful milestone achieved.
* Detailed compensation information will be shared during the hiring process.

**Working Hours:**
The shift runs 9 hours per day with a scheduled break, aligned with UK business hours.

**Responsibilities:**

* Connect with industry professionals through company-approved communication channels.
* Screen and engage potential experts according to project needs.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality and deadlines are met.

**Requirements:**

* 6 months to 2 years of experience in research, recruitment, or lead generation.
* Active professional networking profile preferred.
* Reliable and able to commit consistent daily hours working remotely.
* Self-driven with strong organizational skills.
