About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Market Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in telecom market research and analysis to support our growth in the international telecom ecosystem. This role is key to driving actionable intelligence that supports strategic decision-making across our commercial, marketing, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Map and manage contacts for Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and personas within the Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM).
  2. Work with one of our European clients.
  3. Curate, maintain, and update a comprehensive market intelligence database.
  4. Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by enriching Salesforce with relevant market and persona data.
  5. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support senior management and strategic planning.
  6. Identify research-driven strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  7. Develop high-quality reports and presentations incorporating both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  8. Generate quarterly regional intelligence reports aligned with SOM, integrating internal Salesforce insights and external market data.
  9. Track and analyze competitor movements, market trends, regulatory updates, and new opportunities in the ecosystem.
  10. Provide strategic recommendations based on synthesized market intelligence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  1. Post-graduation with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in market research, business intelligence, or analysis, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
  2. Solid understanding of international telecom ecosystem stakeholders: MNOs, regulators, GSMA, vendors, system integrators, and media.
  3. Proven ability to conduct secondary and primary research using industry databases, analyst reports (e.g., GSMA, Juniper Research, ROCCO, Mobilesquared), and public/private sources.
  4. Proficiency in analytical tools and techniques for data mining, visualization, and reporting.
  5. Experience with Salesforce CRM, especially for ABM data handling and reporting.
  6. Strong ability to convert complex data into clear, insightful dashboards, visualizations, and written reports.
  7. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  8. High attention to detail with strong technical writing and business communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  2. Knowledge of telecom trends, including RCS/OTT, flash calling, AI-driven analytics, and A2P monetization strategies.
  3. Understanding of global telecom regulations and commercial models.
