SALARY: $2,500 - $3,000 per month

Job Description

If you're interested in pursuing a career in the world of digital assets, then come and join our Engineering Team based in London where you will contribute to the development of the Trading Platform whilst working closely with the Product Team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and enhance our extensive API-based services written in Golang.
  • Contribute to and encourage API adoption both internally and externally.
  • Help write comprehensive end-to-end feature tests and examples based on the API.
  • Support platform integration with Exchanges, Brokers, OTC Platforms.
  • Work with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to ensure continuous improvement and quality delivery.
  • Monitor and support all production system components.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of commercial hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Crypto experience with CeFi and/or DeFi platforms.
  • Financial Services experience (Buy or Sell-Side).
  • Experience designing client-facing APIs.
  • Golang expertise or experience with structured languages (C#, C++, Rust).
  • Experience working in cloud and containerized environments.
  • Proficient in building and using REST, WebSockets, and/or FIX-based APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Excellent software design and debugging skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Proven ability to own outcomes and work effectively with others to deliver results.

Nice to have

Experience with some or all of the following is a plus:

  • Building performant low-latency systems.
  • Performance testing distributed systems.
  • Messaging/streaming technologies.
  • Execution, order, or portfolio management systems.
  • Building monitoring dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana.
