Job Description

The Customs and Trade Facilitation Specialist will be responsible for managing customs operational processes, including entry operations, tariff classification, customs valuation, and origin of goods.

This role requires creativity, perception, and independent judgment in business planning activities, controversy resolution, and advocacy functions with government and industry forums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage people, processes, systems, and external service providers supporting customs functions
  • Engage in business planning, controversy resolution, and advocacy functions with government and industry forums
  • Work with internal business, finance, legal, and tax teams on matters impacting the company's customs activities
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting services in border improvement projects and possess skills in tariff classification, customs valuation, and origin of goods.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and make significant independent judgments.
