Marketing Specialist – US Clients (On-Site | Lahore | CST Shift)

Location: On-site, Lahore

Working Hours: CST (Central Standard Time, US) – Night shift (adjustable for the right candidate)

Salary: No Cap for the right candidate

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our in-house marketing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Google Ads, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation, with a deep understanding of the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategize and execute lead generation and ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms
  2. Manage a team of marketing executives and creative staff
  3. Optimize ad performance, targeting, and budget allocation to ensure maximum ROI
  4. Monitor analytics and campaign data, making data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in:
  • Google Ads
  • PPC and Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Lead Generation and funnel strategies
  • Experience with US-based clients preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution (e.g., LSE, FCCU, LUMS, IBA)
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Must be able to work CST hours (night shift), though some flexibility is possible
