  • Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align client expectations.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development for IT services (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email).

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
  • In-depth understanding of freelance and B2B lead generation ecosystems.
  • Only experienced professionals — no beginners or fresh graduates.
