- Able to run the retail pharmacy independently.
- Prescriptions processing, counseling and providing expert advice to patients when required.
- At point of sale, verify that customer receives correct prescription(s).
- Responsible for the ordering, effective inventory management, safe storage of medical products. Maintaining computerized records.
- Overseeing the Daily Cash management, Sale and Purchase.
- Managing, supervising and training pharmacy support staff.
- Selling healthcare and other products, such as toiletries, cosmetics, etc. Promoting sales and developing the business.
- Keeping up to date with current pharmacy practice, new drugs and their uses.
- Assist in training of existing and new employees.
- Counseling and advising the customers on the treatment of minor ailments.
- To carry out, any other duties/activities as and when assigned by the Management.

Job Specification

- B Pharmacy Graduates with 2-3 years experience as retail pharmacist/manager.
- Honest and Professional, Well groomed and Courteous,
- Strong communication skills;
- Technically strong and must understands medical terminology
- Knowledge of medication brands and generic names;
- Knowledge of computer operations;
- Effective customer handling skills
