About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Work Assistant to join our team at We Alif. This role is perfect for someone eager to provide essential operational and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily functions and an excellent client experience. You'll gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment, directly contributing to our mission of empowering individuals to study, work, and do business abroad.

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore

Shift : 02.00 P.M to 08.00 P.M

Key Responsibilities:

-Administrative Support :

  • Manage schedules, handle correspondence, and organize meetings.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems with precision.
  • Assist in streamlining office operations and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.

-Client Interaction:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist clients diligently with the application process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
  • Support the planning and execution of various projects and events, coordinating effectively with internal teams.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, providing timely updates to management.

-Document Preparation:

  • Prepare, proofread, and meticulously format reports, presentations, and other critical documents.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, well-organized, and professionally presented.

-Communication:

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with external partners.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar operational support role.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in Office Administration.
  • Education: Intermediate (Preferred).
  • Location: Must be based in Lahore (Required).

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
