Qualification / Requirements:
  • Candidate must have Master or Equivalent degree from HEC recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 Years' post qualification experience in a reputable hospital.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having served in JCI/ISO accredited facilities
  • Candidate must be proficient in MS office, should have strong communication and report writing skills and should be computer literate.

Job Overview:

  • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operation & compliance with all the applicable standards.
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document the whole process.
  • Assist and facilitate HOD in clinical audits both external & internal. Conduct regular audits & share the reports with Quality Assurance representatives.
  • Assist in organizational initiatives of quality to meet international quality standards by helping the HOD in drafting and developing institutional policies & performance improvement of different departments of the hospital.
  • Responsible to participate in internal trainings and helps in determining the objective scope of internal audits & development of annual action plan.
  • Assist and update the HOD on quality related issues such as infection control and patient satisfaction on regular basis and submit their reports for further necessary actions.
  • Perform other related duties as and when assigned.
