To minimize quality inspection wastages and customer complaints. To focus on customers in coordination with sales and marketing to meet customer satisfaction with regards to quality issues. To develop and implement quality control procedures, quality manual, quality operational guidelines, and devising analytical testing methods for LAN processes standardization. Preparing and forecasting budget for the quality control department. Analyzing process streams for in-process control & smooth plant operation. Providing technical support to production and utilities departments for process conformances & validation through in-process checks & control. To arrange the management information for directors, analyze the information, and prepare an action plan for implementing the improvement of various activities within the department as well as in plants. To coordinate with HR Manager regarding staff motivation and other staff-related issues. Any other job assigned from time to time by the management.

Job Specification

M.Sc Chemistry/B.Sc Chemistry with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in the Quality Assurance Department of a reputed manufacturing industry, including 2 years in a similar position. Must have strong knowledge of analytical work. Hands-on experience with High Tech Instruments, i.e., Gas Chromatograph (GC), Viscobath. Ability to lead and motivate a working team with a high sense of responsibility.
