Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and support our overall marketing and branding goals.

This role requires a strong grasp of social media platforms, content creation, and digital engagement strategies. Candidates with strong copywriting and designing skills will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
  • Develop engaging and platform-specific content (text, image, video) to grow audience and increase interaction.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions).
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and customer queries.
  • Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to refine social media strategy.
  • Support and assist in paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the advertising team.
  • Participate in influencer outreach and campaign execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency and voice across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content
  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively
  • Strong copy-writing and design abilities will be a significant advantage
