Star Marketing (Pvt.) Ltd., is Pakistan's most celebrated real estate marketing organization, offering creative market concepts and promotional strategies to a wide range of Real-estate developers and builders. The organization is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager for its Islamabad office to administer our social media accounts.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for creating captivating content (text and video) via social media platforms on a daily basis that meets customer standards.
  2. Develop and deliver social media optimization (SMO).
  3. Research opportunities for new social media marketing platforms and adapt current processes to fit clients' needs.
  4. Responsible for generating leads from social media through CRM.
  5. Stay well-informed and keep abreast of current market and social media trends.
  6. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  7. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  8. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  9. Communicate with clients, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Job Specification
  1. Strong technical and data analysis skills.
  2. Total understanding of social media marketing tools and how to create and manage content across all relevant channels.
  3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  4. Ability to lead a team, keep track of individual performance, and delegate tasks.
  5. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  6. Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  7. Familiarity with web design.
  8. Analytical and multitasking skills.
  9. Experience in content management is a must.
  10. Graduation in Marketing or relevant field.
