The Art & Design Department at TMUC Islamabad is looking for a passionate and experienced Program Lead / Manager to head our flagship creative programs: UCA BA (Hons) Film & Digital Arts (University for the Creative Arts, UK).

If you have experience in higher education, a strong background in Film, Media, or Creative Arts, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of creative professionals, this role could be a perfect fit.

Overview

Key focus: Academic leadership, faculty management, student engagement, and building industry connections, with course expertise in relation to Film, Television and Digital Arts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide academic leadership for flagship creative programs.
  • Manage faculty and support staff to ensure program excellence.
  • Engage with students to support learning outcomes and career development.
  • Build and maintain industry connections to enhance program relevance and opportunities.
  • Ensure curriculum and course delivery align with Film, Television and Digital Arts disciplines.
Qualifications
  • Master's in a relevant field (UK qualification preferred).
  • Teaching or program management experience in higher education.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
