The Art & Design Department at TMUC Islamabad is looking for a passionate and experienced Program Lead / Manager to head our flagship creative programs: UCA BA (Hons) Film & Digital Arts (University for the Creative Arts, UK).

Overview

If you have experience in higher education, a strong background in Film, Media, or Creative Arts, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of creative professionals, this role could be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities
  • Academic leadership for the flagship Film & Digital Arts programs
  • Faculty management and mentoring
  • Student engagement and success support
  • Building and maintaining industry connections
  • Apply course expertise related to Film, Television and Digital Arts
Qualifications
  • Master's in a relevant field (UK qualification preferred)
  • Teaching or program management experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
