Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to own the strategy, implementation, and unification of two independent Salesforce instances. This role will conduct discovery and integration planning, lead data mapping and migrations, and ultimately take ownership of the consolidated Salesforce environment. The role also involves ongoing support of the platform, related applications, and integrated tools such as Marketo and HubSpot. This is a critical function supporting both CAKE and TUNE, reporting directly to the COO of the portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

- Daily administration and support of the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validations.
- Work with internal stakeholders to create workflow rules, formulas, reports, templates, and integrations to support business processes.
- Evaluate, consolidate, and maintain two separate Salesforce instances into a single, optimized instance.
- Support integration and maintenance of related applications including Marketo and HubSpot.
- Provide training and support for new and existing users, ensuring effective platform usage and adoption.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, system design, data models, and implementation plans.
- Partner with the Operations Manager to analyze and improve business processes and system efficiencies.
- Manage regular imports of leads, contacts, and other data, ensuring quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and custom reports to drive business insights.
- Ensure platform stability and performance, staying up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
- Deliver analytical insights to guide business decisions and performance optimization.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator
- Any level of Salesforce certification/accreditation is a plus
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, especially Marketo and HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong technical documentation skills and process thinking
