Job Responsibilities
  1. Working closely with accounting team, data analyst and senior financial analyst to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  2. Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking.
  3. Analysing financial data and create financial models for decision support.
  4. Reporting on financial performance and preparing for regular leadership reviews.
  5. Must be able to analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with further plans and forecasts.
  7. Guiding the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
  8. Providing analysis of trends and forecast and recommending actions for optimization.
  9. Recommending actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis and predictive analysis.
  10. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry happenings and current events.
  11. Must be able to create and maintain valuation models.
  12. Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
  13. Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail and emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience.
  14. Responsibly working as a team player.
  15. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Specification
  1. Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
  2. Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts on a visualization tool such as Power BI/Tableau
  3. Familiarity with finance databases
  4. Demonstrable strategic thinking skills
  5. Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
  6. Assistance in financial planning and analysis
  7. Keeping track and maintaining reports for upcoming projects.
  8. Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills.
  10. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
  11. Experience working with and presenting to senior executives.
  12. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  13. Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
Qualification
  1. BS/ MSc; Finance, Accounting or Economics
  2. ACCA
  3. 5-10 years of experience
