We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, identifying problems, analyzing data, and proposing effective strategies to improve organizational efficiency and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Analyze and document business needs using tools such as process maps, use cases, and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to support solution design.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Support project managers in planning, implementation, and tracking of initiatives.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements or automation solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in creating business documentation (BRDs, FRDs, workflows).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
