Position: Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
Location: Lahore
Experience: Minimum 3 years of TSO experience with an FMCG company in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
  3. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
  5. Implement marketing initiatives at the grassroots level to enhance brand visibility.
  6. Train and motivate the sales team to optimize performance.
  7. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven track record as a TSO in the FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with the Lahore market and distribution channels.
