1. Dealer Development & Relationship Management

  • Identify and onboard new aluminum dealers in the assigned region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Address dealer concerns and provide after-sales support.

2. Sales & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealers and potential clients.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.

3. Reporting & Coordination

  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the GM Sales.
  • Gather market feedback and share insights for business improvements.
  • Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

4. Training & Product Knowledge

  • Educate dealers about product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
  • Conduct training sessions for dealers and their staff on selling techniques.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and new product launches.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in aluminum, construction, or industrial materials.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

FMCG experience will be preferred.
