1. Dealer Development & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard new aluminum dealers in the assigned region.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Address dealer concerns and provide after-sales support.
2. Sales & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers and potential clients.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
3. Reporting & Coordination
- Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the GM Sales.
- Gather market feedback and share insights for business improvements.
- Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
4. Training & Product Knowledge
- Educate dealers about product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct training sessions for dealers and their staff on selling techniques.
- Stay updated with industry developments and new product launches.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in aluminum, construction, or industrial materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
FMCG experience will be preferred.
