
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in generating leads and closing deals through freelance platforms such as Fiverr, LinkedIn, and Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn
- Create and manage compelling proposals and gig listings that highlight our service offerings
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally to build strong relationships
- Work closely with the technical team to understand service capabilities and align them with client requirements
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into long-term business relationships
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine outreach strategies and increase conversion rates
- Maintain and optimize profiles on freelance platforms to improve visibility and client engagement
- Conduct market research to explore new niches and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the tech industry
- Demonstrated success on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles, digital services, and client needs
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
- 1 year working in a business development role within a tech-driven environment
- History of successfully closing deals in web development, app development, automation, or data services
- Comfortable working with global clients and diverse teams
