Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and "Best Corporate Performance".

With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. What you will do?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warranty & Field Complaints Handling: Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and warranty claims in the Sukkur region, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction (CS) and adhering to Al-Futtaim Group & Select Auto processes.
  • Field Visit Reporting & Quality Feedback: Conduct regular field visits, analyze failures, and prepare timely reports to support claim decisions and product quality improvements.
  • Technical Issue Analysis: Monitor and report on recurring technical problems during the warranty phase, ensuring detailed analysis, service KPI tracking, and full compliance with company procedures.
  • Spare Parts & Lubricants Sales: Drive sales through the dealer network and affiliated workshops in Sukkur to achieve annual targets, track dealer performance, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Dealership & Workshop Operations: Conduct audits and implement improvement plans for workshops and dealers, record service data, and lead service campaigns to enhance operational performance.
  • Warranty Parts & Workshop Network Management: Maintain optimal stock levels for warranty parts, ensure accurate inventory records, and expand the workshop network in alignment with AGTL standards and group compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • BSc. Agricultural machinery engineering / BSc. Mechanical Engineering from a renowned university.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English, Urdu and preferably Sindhi.
  • Experienced Computer User, familiar with ERP systems such as SAP and MS Office will be preferred.
  • Candidate must have a flexible attitude towards working hours as frequent travelling is required.

Minimum Experience:

  • The candidates with 1-2 years relevant work experience preferably in the automotive industry or agriculture sector will be preferred.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Understanding of service business, aftersales operations and spare parts business in Pakistan.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
