We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:

  1. Establish best-in-class authentication controls on HSBC IT assets.
  2. Maintain and uplift IAM Authentication control processing for onboarding and usage of Group IAM tooling.
  3. Support the Authentication control owner as a subject matter expert (SME) to liaise with HSBC's stakeholders; work to establish and manage effective relationships across Global Business and Global Functions to enhance the overall business experience.
  4. Provide guidance on Authentication controls and respond to queries related to Group IAM tooling.
  5. Collaborate with the IAM CARA team to review and streamline processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  6. Work with IDAM Control Owners to record, monitor, and publish MI/KCI reports and dashboards for cybersecurity management and stakeholders.
  7. Manage communications regarding Group IAM tooling in coordination with other IDAM Control Owners.
  8. Support the global IAM team through monthly performance reviews and the annual performance management process, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed to a high standard.
  9. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed as per plans.
  10. Participate in controls governance committees and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on key initiatives.
  11. Provide SME support for audit requests, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards, and respond promptly to audit and regulatory actions.
  12. Strictly adhere to compliance and operational risk controls, reporting weaknesses, breaches, and operational losses.
  13. Research and identify opportunities for IAM enhancements to maintain or surpass industry standards, focusing on automation, simplification, and globalization.
  14. Assist in delivering IAM improvements and future-state strategies.
  15. Support and promote established policies and procedures within the team.
  16. Contribute to change initiatives and facilitate their integration within the team.
