We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:

  1. Support the management and monitoring of project governance arrangements as per the HSBC Change Framework principles, standards, and controls.
  2. Facilitate and support key meetings, including scheduling them, taking meeting minutes clearly and concisely, and maintaining distribution lists.
  3. Support RAID management using relevant tooling and manage changes to the approved outcomes via the standard Change Control process. Assist the programme leads with the risks and issues log.
  4. Maintain the programme organization structure.
  5. Facilitate updates to key project documentation, maintaining project records and access to project artefacts.
  6. Ensure Clarity Timesheets are submitted on time across the programme and resolve any issues facing the team.
  7. Support the Programme Manager/Finance Manager with monthly financial submissions and maintain the resource tracker.
  8. Facilitate vendor and external partner coordination, engagement, and management.
  9. Support Programme Manager and Project Managers with the successful delivery of workstreams.
  10. Manage resources: end-to-end recruitment of roles from advertising to onboarding/offboarding activities.
  11. Maintain the PAM general queries mailbox.
  12. Coordinate and be the point of contact for PAM programme audit.
  13. Administer SharePoint and Confluence sites/pages.
