ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Associate - Client Services at Savvital, you will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client services in a virtual environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  1. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  2. Communication Management: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling email correspondence, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  3. Meeting Coordination: Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
  4. Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.
  5. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on diverse topics as assigned, providing relevant information to decision making.
  6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  7. Customer Complaint Analysis: Analyze customer complaints, identify underlying issues, and recommend effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Price Quotes: Prepare and offer price quotes to clients' customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and service offerings.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  1. Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable, preferably in Accounting & Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or Public Relations.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for sales.
  4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  5. Willingness to learn.
