Information Technology Sales Specialist (Applications)

Code Avenue is looking for an energetic and passionate IT Sales Executive who has expertise on selling applications.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively help build the clientele portfolio and lead business development activities. Generate new business through leads shared for app/web design and development.
  • Identify and evaluate the right projects. Analyze inquiries, send work proposals, and provide a walk-through of project scope and proposals to clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Generate new leads for businesses and companies based in the UK and US region.
  • Achieve assigned monthly targets. Maintain regular and prompt follow-ups on inbound leads and sales inquiries. Be fluent in English with a UK/British accent.
  • Be tech-savvy with knowledge of digital agencies' work nature; understanding software technologies is an added advantage.
  • Build and expand business by targeting the UK, US, and other regions. Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media in addition to the enquiry pool provided.
  • Arrange and attend meetings/calls with prospective clients/leads with a clear, customized sales pitch.
  • Conduct presentations to educate clients about website, software, and mobile app technologies and play a consultancy role in suggesting ideal solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Provide information to prepare commercial and technical proposals ensuring adherence to client requirements. Develop long-term professional relationships with new clients.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; up-sell and cross-sell. Conduct market research to identify new markets, technologies, and customer needs.
  • Liaise with the client and the technical team until the project is completed to ensure smooth functioning and successful completion.
  • Provide after-sales support by solving ad-hoc issues. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to expanding the client portfolio of the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Marketing / Business Management or any related field.
  • Proven work experience in IT Sales & Marketing fields, specifically in Web Solutions, Software Solutions, and Mobile App Solutions. Minimum 1-2 years in the same capacity is a must.
  • Sales planning and ability to meet sales goals. Proven track record in an IT project management role is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge about the market/industry/new technologies is a must.
  • Strong business communication, negotiation, and selling skills are a must.
  • Client relationship skills. Should be ambitious, target-oriented, and energetic.
  • Outgoing personality with professional etiquette.
