We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. This is a high-impact role requiring a hands-on professional who can execute strategies, close deals, and scale the business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through staff augmentation, B2B engagements, and corporate sales.
  2. Identify and secure high-value deals with enterprises, startups, and corporate clients needing software development resources.
  3. Manage a robust sales pipeline and lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  5. Expand market reach by forming strategic partnerships and attending industry events.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and tailor service offerings to meet evolving client needs.
  7. Build and lead a high-performance sales function while being directly involved in sales execution.
Key Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate strategy in staff augmentation, IT consulting, or related industries.
  2. Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  3. Deep understanding of corporate sales, IT outsourcing, and enterprise business models.
  4. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  5. High-energy, strategic thinker, and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  6. Ability to mobilize resources, build sales teams, and drive business expansion.
  7. Existing industry connections and a strong professional network are a plus.
