About the Role:

We're hiring a Head of Marketing with 10+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of Facebook & Google Ads, managing $100K+ ad spend per month, with a proven track record of scaling e-commerce campaigns, especially in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute performance-driven marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize high-budget Facebook/Google Ads campaigns.
  • Run and oversee 500+ ad campaigns focused on ROI.
  • Scale e-commerce marketing efforts targeting the USA audience.
  • Drive SEO growth and organic traffic.
  • Monitor performance, conduct A/B tests, and report insights.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams and leadership.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in digital marketing (SEO, Google & Facebook Ads).
  • Managed $100K+/month in ad spend.
  • Strong e-commerce and USA market experience.
  • Hands-on with campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
