Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Officer to help us grow our client base. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for someone who has strong networking skills and can bring in new business leads. You'll work closely with the core team and earn a percentage on each successful project you bring in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients for software development and digital solutions
  • Pitch DevPrimo's services confidently to prospects (web apps, e-commerce, SaaS, UI/UX, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand offerings and deliver proposals
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and regular follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Proven communication and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Basic understanding of software and tech is preferred
  • Strong network or ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, freelance platforms, or cold outreach
