We require the services of an experienced Business Development Officer who can join us ASAP, responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and acquiring new business (Mobile Apps Design & Development) through converting inbound leads and different forums like Guru, Freelancer, Elance, etc.

Only candidates having experience of Elance, Odesk, Freelancer, Skype, and Web Meetings should apply.

Job Specification
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing the overall Business Development strategy of the Company.
  • Responsible for writing Proposals based on the nature of Project and placing bids on Freelancer, Guru, and Elance etc.
  • Responsible for Pre-sales and Post Sales Account Management activities related to Web/mobile app Design & Development projects, managing day-to-day relationships with strategic partners and developing a deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies.
  • Understanding client's requirements, communicating it with the team, and quoting a price after consulting with seniors.
  • Must be able to win projects through existing contacts in the industry or through freelancing sites.
  • Creating requirements, Functional Specs, communicating with clients, breaking projects into tasks and assigning tasks to the team members, providing timely feedback to the clients.
  • Identify key Solutions to Customers and target for increased penetration by providing additional solutions to existing customer base.
  • Work closely with company management, technical and operations staff to develop and deliver proposals and client deliverables on time.
  • Review successful and unsuccessful business development efforts, perform root causes corrective actions analysis, incorporate improvements and drive BD area issues to closure.
  • Build trust, relationships and be comfortable in working with all levels of management within the company.
  • The Business Development Manager may provide training for developing bid proposals to other less experienced candidates.
Skills Required:
  • Bachelors/Masters in Marketing / Computer Sciences
  • Minimum 2 Years Industry Experience in Software Services sales as a Business Development Executive, Officer or Freelance Bidding Manager.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life cycle.
  • Knowledge of mobile development platforms, Open Source web development and SEO.
  • Must have excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal, Written and Listening)
  • Must have a high Aptitude of Selling.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly targets.
