Job Location: Karachi and Lahore

What You Will Do:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. You'll support daily HR and administrative functions and gain valuable hands-on experience in organizational operations.

  • Assist with recruitment activities (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate database)
  • Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, data entry)
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination between departments
  • Assisting in monthly payroll processing and salary administration
  • Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
  • Handling employee records and documentation
  • Oversee and manage attendance records for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide general support to the HR and Admin team

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR and office administration functions
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
