Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Multan District at Al Mannan Builders. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for benefits administration, HR management, HRIS, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Benefits Administration and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) knowledge
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
