We are looking for a dynamic Junior Executive HR to join our team, who will be responsible for handling daily HR operations and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of HR processes, compliance with company policies, and a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage the interview process.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Draft and roll out offer letters, negotiate salaries, and manage pre-joining formalities.
  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new hires.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
