Prime Brands Distribution is seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at the perfumery retail chain "Essences De Paris" located at Brands Village, Sialkot. As a key leader, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for retail, leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily retail operations ensuring efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock assessments, and coordinate with management for optimal stock availability.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and store presentation.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategies for maximizing sales.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-friendly environment in the store.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Work with merchandisers to maintain appealing, brand-aligned displays.
  • Manage and train retail staff, conduct regular meetings to communicate goals and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor practices, and customer preferences.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or store management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
