About the Role

Prime Brands Distribution is looking for a skilled and experienced Retail Manager to join our

dynamic team at its perfumery retail chain of store "Essences De Paris" at Brands Village

Sialkot. As a key leader in store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily

functions, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This

role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional with a passion for retail, team

leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide
  • exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and coordinate with
  • management to maintain optimal stock availability.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and enhance store
  • presentation.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to develop and implement strategies for maximizing
  • Ensure the store consistently delivers a positive, customer-friendly environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely, solution-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and
  • events.
  • Work with merchandisers to maintain appealing, brand-aligned displays.
  • Manage and train retail staff, conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and
  • operational updates.
  • Maintain compliance with store policies, safety regulations, and standard procedures.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive practices, and customer preferences.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or store management in key role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet changing priorities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
