Tekboox, a US-based IT company, is urgently looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in healthcare systems such as CureMD or CareCloud.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for healthcare-related applications.
  2. Apply Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects, utilizing Jira and Confluence for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and project tracking.
  3. Document and translate business requirements into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  4. Develop and present mockups, wireframes, and UML workflows to demonstrate proposed solutions and gather feedback.
  5. Create process improvement documentation by evaluating current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing changes.
  6. Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions to ensure the solution meets the defined criteria and stakeholder expectations.
  7. Communicate findings and technical requirements to cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product directors.
  8. Track industry and IT trends to propose modernized, automated solutions within healthcare systems.
  9. Document proposed changes and detail step-by-step implementation plans.
  10. Maintain alignment with business objectives by ensuring solutions deliver the intended value.
Job Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare IT or similar domains.
  2. Proven experience with CureMD, CareCloud, or similar EHR/PM systems.
  3. Proficiency in Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence).
  4. Strong ability to create clear and concise documentation, mockups, and flow diagrams (UML).
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Experience with UAT processes and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Timing: 1pm to 10PM
