We're Hiring: Business Analyst – Capital Market Solutions

Location: Lahore | Industry: Financial Services | Experience: 3+ Years

DirectFN Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team delivering innovative capital market solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge financial products and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with clients, developers, and product teams to translate business needs into technical specifications


• Analyze complex data to support investment and risk management strategies


• Design and document efficient, scalable solutions to meet client and operational requirements


• Prepare BRDs, functional specs, use cases, and user stories


• Ensure smooth communication across teams and with clients


• Drive business growth through insights and innovation in capital market operations

Requirements:


• Bachelor's in Finance, IT, Business Administration or related field (Master's or certifications a plus)


• 3+ years of BA experience in asset management, investment banking, or financial services


• Solid understanding of trading systems, portfolio and investment management


• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication in English


• Passionate, disciplined, and a strong team player
