What will you be doing?

At Decentralized Masters, we are looking for a talented Webflow Developer & Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling designs and high-performing websites. This dual-role position requires a strong creative eye and technical expertise to bring our brand vision to life across digital platforms. You will play a critical role in designing marketing materials, developing engaging websites, and optimizing user experiences. If you're passionate about design, branding, and Webflow development, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects in the DeFi and Web3 space.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including digital assets, branding materials, presentations, and infographics
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, goals, and target audiences
  • Brainstorm and conceptualize creative design solutions that align with the company's brand
  • Ensure that all design work maintains brand consistency and follows brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and software to improve and innovate designs
• Webflow Development Responsibilities:
  • Design and build visually stunning, responsive websites using Webflow
  • Translate design concepts into interactive, high-quality websites with a focus on user experience
  • Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas
  • Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) when necessary to enhance website functionality
  • Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and performance, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices and browsers
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to resolve any issues or bugs
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Continuously test, debug, and optimize funnels and user journeys for improved conversion rates
  • Assist with quality assurance (QA) and process documentation

  What will you bring?
  
  Graphic Design Requirements:
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work across various styles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking with a passion for design
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, independent worker who takes initiative
    
    
  Webflow Development Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow-based projects
  • Bachelor's degree in web development, computer science, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Webflow and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization
  • Experience working with Mastermind/High Ticket programs and sales funnels is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
