EdLink Education and Visa Services is seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in developing engaging and visually compelling marketing materials to support our educational and visa services. This role involves collaboration with various departments to create designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and resonate with our target audiences.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
  • Must be proficient in reels editing on all social media platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement creative solutions that meet campaign objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
  • Collaborate with external printers and vendors to ensure quality production and timely delivery of materials.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's website and social media presence with updated graphics and content.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present ideas and execute designs with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high-quality standards.

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office hours with the possibility of flexible scheduling.
  • May require occasional extended hours to meet project deadlines.
