About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Project Sales Executive responsible for selling Decorative Paint products to Contractors, Builders, and Home Owners with paint application services.

  • Visit construction sites daily to meet with project managers, contractors, and builders.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and submit quotations that accurately reflect the company's pricing and product offerings.
  2. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
  • FSC, FA, or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in Paints, Construction, or Project Sales segments.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of the paints and coatings industry and its various applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
