Job Title: Expert Social Media Manager
Location: Islamabad, onsite

Job Summary:

We're hiring a highly skilled Social Media Manager to generate quality leads, manage multiple websites, and execute high-impact social strategies. The ideal candidate is:

  • A lead-gen expert – Drives conversions through social media.
  • Tech-savvy & coachable – Learns fast and adapts to new tools.
  • A multitasker – Handles multiple accounts and platforms effortlessly.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Paid Ads
  • Run high-converting paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
  • Optimize funnels to turn followers into leads.
  • Use lead magnets, contests, and retargeting to boost conversions.

2. Social Media Management
  • Manage multiple brand accounts (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Schedule, post, and engage with data-backed content strategies.
  • Stay updated on trends & algorithm changes for maximum reach.

3. Website & Social Integration
  • Ensure seamless connection between social media and websites.
  • Work with developers to optimize landing pages for leads.
  • Track performance with UTMs, Google Analytics, and heatmaps.

4. Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and adjust strategies.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports on leads, engagement, and growth.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and targeting.

5. Community & Brand Management
  • Engage with followers and build brand loyalty.
  • Handle crisis management professionally.
  • Leverage UGC & influencer collaborations for credibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:
Proven social media lead generation (portfolio required).
Expertise in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Ability to manage multiple websites & social accounts.
Excellent copywriting & visual content skills (Canva/Adobe).
Data-driven mindset with CRO experience.
Highly coachable & adaptable.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, Hootsuite).
  • Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT for content automation).
