We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with our fleet partners, drive business growth, and ensure alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably in the ride-hailing or logistics industries.

You will be responsible for:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with fleet partners to drive business growth and ensure alignment with company objectives. (Fleet Partner Management)

- Establish and monitor monthly acquisition targets for fleet partners, ensuring overall city targets are met or exceeded. (Acquisition Target Setting and Tracking)

- Design, implement, and follow up on partner acquisition initiatives to drive growth, retention, and operational efficiency. (Partner Acquisition Initiatives)

- Oversee the execution of vehicle branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and adherence to company branding guidelines. (Vehicle Branding Execution)

- Conduct training sessions for partner staff on acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency best practices, enhancing their skills and knowledge. (Training and Development)

- Ensure seamless execution of headquarters' strategies at the partner level, facilitating effective communication and alignment. (HQ Strategy Execution)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution

- 3+ years of work experience in operations management, preferably in ride-hailing, logistics, or similar industries

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on process optimization
